Big Momma is a plump lady with fair skin and pink hair. She wears an orange dress with yellow border, yellow gloves, and black pants that extend to her yellow soles. She sports a hat that matches her dress and a pair of orange, round earrings.

Report 6: Purge’s T.V. Special
Big Momma first appears assisting Ulala in the final battle against Purge the Great.
Report 1: Ulala Back in Action!
Big Momma can be found again in the Extra Mode version of the Report 1. After the first dance battle against Shadow, (the one where Chef (green) and Bartender Girl are rescued) there will be a shooting segment where Big Momma will eventually appear being forced to dance by the Rhythm Rogues. To save her, Ulala must memorize and copy the directions given by Shadow.
Just like every other rescued hostage, Big Momma will follow and assist Ulala throughout the rest of the Report once she is saved.

- Big Momma is the only character, who can only be rescued in the Extra Mode, to appear assisting Ulala in the final battle against Purge the Great.
- If the player fails at rescuing Big Momma (and/or Brandy Smith), secret hostages will appear in the next moves.
