Bluebell Smith - Space Oracle is a priestess and fortuneteller who appears as a minor character, only in the first Space Channel 5.

Bluebell has fair skin and blue hair tied up in a ponytail. She wears a blue sleeveless dress with a lighter blue band around the waist, blue long sleeve gloves, and blue boots.

Report 1: Introducing...Ulala!
Bluebell first appears being forced to dance by the Morolians at the Spaceport 9's main floor, during the level's first shooting segment, which happens after Ulala saving Yaz Malloy and Brenda Boggs. To save her, Ulala must memorize and copy the directions given by the Morolians. Just like every other rescued hostage, Bluebell will follow and assist Ulala throughout the rest of the Report once she is saved.
Later during the Extra Mode version of the same Report, Bluebell appears being forced to dance again, multiple times, during the shooting segments in the second floor of the Spaceport 9. Once again, Bluebell will follow and assist Ulala throughout the rest of the Report once she is saved.
Report 2: Spaceship S.O.S.!
Bluebell reappers multiple times at the Luxury Spacecraft G, though only in the Extra Mode version of the Report. She can be found during a shooting segment at the Gargabe Room. To save her, Ulala must memorize and copy the directions given by the Morolians. After being rescued, Bluebell will follow Ulala throughout the rest of the report.
Report 4: Evil in the Galaxy Revealed!
Blubell can be found again, multiple times, in the Extra Mode version of the Report 4, being forced to dance by the Morolians. She first appears during the shooting segment against Brent Suzuki and Ms. Valala Petrie at the Recording Studio. Later, Bluebell appears again in another shooting segment that happens in the studios of a quiz show. To save her in both segments, Ulala must once again, memorize and copy the directions given by the Morolians. After being rescued, Bluebell will follow Ulala throughout the rest of the report.
Bluebell later appears among the crowd backing Ulala in her battle against Blank TV, and eventually marching to the end of the galaxy.

- It’s possible that Ulala’s Striped Suit in Part 2 is based off of Bluebell’s clothing.
