Blank TV, or Brainwash Broadcasting Machine "Blank TV", is the final boss from Space Channel 5. It is a television robot that was hidden inside Giant Evila, which Blank uses to broadcast a brainwashing program.

Report 4: Evil in the Galaxy Revealed!
After Ulala fighting Giant Evila, the bot’s head separates from the main body and lifts into the air. It spins around, revealing the new robot, Blank TV, a screen with Chief Blank’s face on it.
Blank takes the moment to reveal that the reason he brainwashed the Morolians, who in turn brainwashed the earth people, was for ratings. He activates the Blank Dimension, taking on four more television screens to fight Ulala.
In the first level segment, Ulala will need to shoot at the screens that have Blank's face on it and use the rescue beam on the ones with her face on it. After a while, the combination of Ulala’s dance energy and her chant support forces Blank TV to shift into a form vaguely resembling a humanoid body. Linked together by many floating screens, the five original televisions plus two additional ones (all with Blank’s face on them) form a ‘body’, and a new battle segment begins, where Ulala must copy Blank's moves to defeat him. She has the assistance of the crowd watching her.
The Blank Dimension eventually breaks, though Blank TV is still standing and the dance battle continues. Together with her entourage, Ulala copies Blank’s commands. After a while, Blank starts getting weak. Fuse takes this opportunity and orders the crowd to focus all of their energy on Channel 5’s antenna to finish him off.
Blank will do his final command. If the player misses it, the antenna will break, the screen will fade in blank and the credits will start rolling. However, if the player successfully copies his command, the antenna will get fully charged and sends Blank into space.

- Ulala's face in Blank TV's monitors will wink if she successfully shoots at the screens.
- The Gyun Gyun Book estimates Blank TV to be 37 meters tall in its monitor, 58 meters tall as in its humanoid form, and 8250 kilograms in both forms.[1] It appears much smaller in the game.
