Biluba Boriskovsky, also known as Class President Nervous and Space Primary Schooler (Spiky), is a space child and recurring minor character in the Space Channel 5 series.

Report 2: Spaceship S.O.S.!
Biluba can be found during the Morolina battle, where the Dance Bot has made Biluba one of her prisoners. When Morolina says "Chu" while holding Biluba, the player will need to press the rescue button instead of the regular "chu" button. Once Morolina is defeated, Biluba will be rescued and follow Ulala until the Report ends.

Report 2: Nature's Revenge!
In the sequel, Biluba is known as "Class President Nervous". After the first shooting segment against Shadow at the Space Park's conveyor belt, Ulala will find Biluba, along with Mr. Joely and Faith Anthony, inside killer plants, being forced to dance by Shadow and the Rhythm Rogues. A dance battle against Shadow will start. If the player defeats Shadow, Biluba will be rescued along Mr. Joely and Faith Anthony and just like all of the others rescued hostages, he will follow and assist Ulala throughout the rest of the Report.
Report 6: Purge’s T.V. Special
Biluba returns to Report 6, where he assists Ulala in the final battle against Purge the Great and after Purge being launched into space, he can be seen marching to the end of the galaxy.
Unlockable Fan item.
Folding Fan
If the player saves Biluba and later checks his in-game profiles, Biluba will gift the player with a Fan item which Ulala will be able to replace her microphone with.

- SEGA Superstars: Biluba Boriskovsky makes an appearance in the Space Channel 5 thematic mini game, being forced to dance by a Morolian. To rescue him, the player must beat the Morolian in a dance battle. Biluba Boriskovsky appears in the fourth dance battle.
